🏛️ At the Jagiellonian University, all mobilities implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme are administered and coordinated at the level of the academic units that the visiting individual intends to join. Decisions regarding the acceptance of a candidate, as well as the arrangement of the proposed dates and the mobility programme—regardless of whether the visit is carried out under teaching (STA) or training (STT) mobility—are made by the head of the unit the guest wishes to visit.

🔎 In order to streamline the application process and ensure timely information, we strongly encourage prospective visitors to consult the websites of the relevant academic units. We recommend identifying either the head of the unit or a staff member whose academic or professional profile best corresponds to your research or professional interests, and contacting that person directly.
